History of cooking oil

Oil is a compulsory element to makes delicious foods. Specially fry foods is not possible to makes without cooking oil.



Cooking oil is using from ancient periods. Many reaches producing cooking oil from era of era. In south Asia cooking oil is uses of many days ago. A terrible food crisis has been broken out in Pundrobardhan city 2300 years ago. Emperor of Mourjo times ordered local rulers to provide people with rice, wheat, sesame, mustard to overcome the food crisis.

From that event we get the evidence of the using oil. Oil was produced from breaking with the crops of our county like coconut, sunflower etc. Oil makers sale this oil to public and earn money.


Nowadays we see that, the same families making the oil that made in. Both works has made the same thing. In modern Bangladesh uses woody or electrical machine to produce oil.

Nowadays health conscious people use to cook very costly oil like bran oil or olive oil. This oil is necessary to reduce the cholesterol percentage which is bad at health.
