To get rid of ankle foot problems

In winter, there are many problems with the skin. If you do not take proper care, the skin can crack. We use different creams in the cracks of winter. At the same time, many people are plagued by acute ankle problems.

The use of many medicines does not get rid of the ankle problem. Find out from today's report that in some of the ways households get rid of ankle problem -

1) Lavender feet cream-
First take shiya butter and coconut oil in the pan. Now let the melt the oven burn. When melted, add lavender oil to it. Cool the mixture and keep it in a jar. Insert the ankles well before going to bed every night. Then throw it after the socks.

2) Cutting Feet Cream-
Take Shia butter, coconut oil and olive oil in the pan first. Let the ingredients melt by reducing the heat when the pan is heated. When melted, close the ignition and mix the partment oil. Now cool the mixture and keep it in the jar. Insert the ankles well before going to bed every night. Then throw it after the socks.

3) Ginger-lemon oil-foot cream-
Take coconut oil, wax and coconut butter in a pan. Heat the mild ingredients and heat the oil. Along the way the ingredients are melted and put in a jar. Before you go to sleep at night, take the ankle well. Then throw it after the socks.

4) Milk and Honey feet cream-
Heat a little milk and milk in a pan. Mix the Orange Juice in it. Cold and keep it cold. Apply it to ankle well before going to bed at night. Wash 40 minutes in hot water and wash it.

5) T-tree cream-
Let it roast in a pan with cocoa butter, olive oil and wax. Now close the eyes and add the tree oil to it. Apply to ankle after bathing and before going to bed.
