We do not have any special idea about the beneficial properties of strawberry because it is not available. Strawberry, famous for its bright red color, flavor, smell. Strawberries are used in jam, milkshake, chocolate, ice cream etc.

This fruit is not only the taste of flavor, it does not satisfy only the taste of the tongue. As well as the body takes various benefits. It contains lots of polyphenols, dietary fiber, potassium, magnesium and vitamins. Why should you keep strawberries every day in the diet, know-

1) Strawberry contains lots of vitamin C and phytochemicals. That is, the blood circulation is good in our brain. Vitamin C boosts our body immune system.

2) Strawberry keeps our heart healthy. Keeps blood pressure under control.

3) With so much weight that is so worried, eating strawberries every day, excess fat in the body is easily broken.

4) Reduces blood pressure, reduces hypertension, low in potassium and magnesium in strawberry.
