Walking in the works of men is undoubtedly the main task. So if someone stops walking, his physical activity decreases significantly. As a result, the chance of getting heart disease, hypertension and diabetes can be created. People are usually infected with these diseases long before the specified age of these diseases, and at relatively young age. Walking is an activity that does not require any preparation. There is no need for organizing, only physical fitness and mental decision of the person. It is normal that healthy people will have the ability to walk.

However, if someone refrains from walking for a long time, then it will increase weight, lose muscles of the feet, reduce the ability to walk due to various problems of the bone or bone of the legs, or increase the amount of fat in the blood, and increase the amount of sugar in the blood by diabetes. It is normal to be affected by the disease.

There is a significant change in blood vessel and heart, with diabetes and fat levels increasing, people are suffering from hypertension and heart disease. So stay in the habit of having physical fitness or practice walking habits, otherwise these lethal diseases can attack you. Walking is a physical activity that affects the various muscles of the body. Increased muscle movements increases the flow of blood, increases the contraction and dilation of blood vessels, so the heart's blood pressure is easy, which means that it can make more blood pumps than a little energy consumption.

Increased blood clotting and increase of abnormalities increases the effect of hypertension, which means that blood pressure remains normal. Because of the energy spent on the walk, due to the increase in weight, it means that the person maintains normal body weight. Because of high energy expenditure, the amount of fat and sugar in the blood remains normal. Due to the hard work of the walk, dehydration and insomnia are eliminated for food consumption. Walking, such as hypertension, heart disease and diabetes, does not require financial rehabilitation, and it does not require financial expense, but walking is a natural therapy that has no alternative. However, those who have been seriously ill with these diseases decrease their ability to walk, so you start walking while maintaining physical fitness, otherwise it will be difficult to get rid of these diseases if you can not walk later. However, those who have suffered from heart disease should walk according to the doctor's advice, otherwise if someone walks with heart attack, then it will be contradictory.

If the person with diabetes and high blood pressure is not suffering from heart disease, then without the advice of a doctor, a person can walk in accordance with his physical skills. However, those who have no habit of walking for a long time will start walking slowly in the initial stages. Apart from this, walking skills will increase day by day.
