Water is the most important food for our daily life. No one can live without drinking water. We need water daily. We do not think a new day without water. It’s very essential like oxygen.


It’s not possible to alive a second without oxygen and it’s not possible to alive a day without water. Water protects our body from inside or outside damage. It helps to increase the power of our stomach. So we should drink always pure and fresh water. Because dirty water carries so much poisons.  When we eat food we must need water.  So always remember healthy water is always compulsory for are daily life.


There have so many sources where we can find pure and fresh water.  We can found good water from Rain, River, falls and so one. You should be aware of your water, is it good or bad? You can drink pond’s water after boiled. Boiling water is free from danger.


Water keeps our body and mind fresh.
It fills up your mineral demand.
It increases the test of our mouth to eat.



You should drink 3-5 liters water in every single.

It’s very important for a man to walk very early in the morning time. Do you know morning walk makes a man healthy and sockless? It’s not only an exercise for your health but also it’s a one kind of oxygen for your health. A man who walks in the morning, he introduces his self with a new day and with a new breath of the world.
